Shipping within Australia is always FREE

All orders will be shipped within two working days of receiving purchase order and credit card approval.

Approximate delivery time within Australia is 5-7 days via Australia Post.

$20.00 flat rate shipping rate for all countries outside of Australia.

Approximate delivery time is two weeks, however this is dependant on that particular countries mailing system and customs procedures. Delays are beyond our control.

All internal duties or taxes for that country are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and refunds outside of Australia do not qualify for free shipping costs.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payment is preferred for online transactions. If you wish to purchase using another payment method, please email us your request.

Once your order has been processed and credit card payment approved your package will be on its way within two working days.

You will receive an email with confirmation that your package has been posted along with a tracking number for monitoring transit.

Please note: if shipping and billing address are not the same, your order may be delayed pending credit card approval.

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery but if for any reason your piece is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, please send it back for a full refund, repair or exchange.

Exchanges will only qualify for an item of equal or greater value and exchanges do not qualify for free or flat rate return postage costs.

Credit card refunds will be returned in full to the bank of original purchase (less shipping costs for international orders)

Items must be returned unworn and in original condition.

Please email me an explanation for fault, refund or exchange with your request within 14 day of receiving the item. We will then email you a return form to fill in which needs to be sent back to us with the item.

Please re-package the item (with the original box) securely and return it to us in a traceable and insured package. Please make sure you include the return form (which you will receive via email when we reply to your refund/exchange/repair request)

Once we have received the item, we will promptly repair, re package the exchange or refund the item in full purchase amount to the account used for original purchase (less shipping costs for international orders or exchanges)

All Sonara jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in a complimentary recycled paper covered gift box with a Sonara card included.

Wrapping, including a hand tied ribbon and a special personalised message card, is available at a cost of $5.50. Please purchase gift wrapping here and email us your personalised message details.

We will endeavour to stop a ‘cancel order’ request, however if the item has been posted already we cannot change or cancel the order. We would suggest that you then follow the return/refund procedure outlined above.

Please email me your request however due to the nature of our rings we may or may not be able to resize them. We would suggest that you use the international ring sizing chart located in the FAQ above to assess your ring size and order carefully.

For all other jewellery we do not resize so please order carefully.
